Jennifer N. Smith, Appraiser
Jennifer Smith joined the team at Walter Duke + Partners in 2007 as a commercial associate and since that time she has completed assignments in excess of $3 billion in assets throughout Florida, including many projects valued over $100 million. Jennifer specializes in the valuation and evaluation of complex and challenging assignments covering a wide variety of property types.

Jennifer is a Candidate for the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. She obtained her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University with majors in Real Estate and Finance.
Prior to joining Walter Duke + Partners, she worked on the team at Bell Griffith & Associates, a valuation firm in Tallahassee, Florida.
Outside of the office, Jennifer is passionate about music, the arts and current events. She plays the guitar and frequents local musical events. She also supports charitable organizations, including the Humane Society, the American Cancer Society, and Women in Distress.
